2.Download clash of clans application from here

Install bluestacks on your windows and click next and next and setup your profile as you do the same in your android device.
Then Install the clash of clans .apk file by just double clicking on it which you have downloaded already from the above mentioned link.
Now a notification will prompt in the tray bar, just click on it and bluestacks will open.
 Or you can directly download clash of clans from bluestacks itself once you have done logging in google account, just search clash of clans and click install

There you go, you can open clash of clans from the icon of home screen of bluestacks.
you can always minimize and mazimize blue stacks whenever you want!!
